It is within walking distance from Termini Station (10-12 minutes) and is close to restaurants and shops. The staff allowed us to leave our suitcase at Max-House when we were gone for 2 days. It was a good value for Rome. Friendly staff. -

The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not).
Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

Clean, friendly atmosphere ,excellent service. We realy enjoyed staying at Chroma Tessera and definitely recommend it to everyone who wishes to have a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Moreover, it is situated near the Termini Station which makes transport within the city & towards the airport very easy! -

1) Good location: though the hotel owner said it's walking distance from Termini train station, however, we took the Metro from train station once bought the Rome Pass. Took Metro Line A, and get off at Manzoni, the hotel is just 5 minutes by walk. It locates at residencial area, thus, it's not as noisy as train station area.

stuffed: iorgurte, soft drinks, juices, beer, champgne, all super fair
price. In my stay with wife nothing was charged for Katia and Pina.
Speaking of them, are two people who do everything to make u feel
comfortable. Are aware of everything you need. Provide a contact

Nice hotel it feels like home as it has only three rooms!! The hotel is inside a block of appartments so you feel like staying in a typical roman house.Every day you have cleaned room towels and there is also a free tray filled up with coffee tea and sweets.breakfast was good also!!!
