  We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable. She treated us like family and was extremely helpful to me when I sprained my ankle; she sent my husband out to the pharmacy for a special cream and came to ... ce que les gens disent » the room with ice for my ankle and a tray with hot tea and cake. She also gave us great advice on places to eat. Casa di Eddy is located wonderfully - The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a central location to vis

  Ercole was an excellent host. He greated us and helped carry our bags up to the 4th floor where our room was. The Bluehostel has 3 rooms on the 4th floor and the others are on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to take the stairs, there is no elevator. We didn't mind at all. The room was cozy and cute with a very comfortable bed, great air conditioning, a... ce que les gens disent » nd a large bathroom by European standards. The shower was great with enough hot water, good water pressure, and a nice shower head. The absolute best - The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We were met by Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and also made sure we were settled in. Also provided us with a map of what to see in Rome, where to eat, drink, shop etc. Everything is thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have to say Ercole and Ricardo were both so helpful with any questions. We would stay there again.

Location is great- less than 5 minutes walk to Termini central station, from which you can take the metro, bus or train to practically anywhere in Rome. Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.

The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions.
