The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. Location, cleanliness, staff, price, safe. Great location to visit Rome, it is a 2 min walk to the metro and less to the bus. It's nice to be away from the crowds however easy enough to get around. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody

The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. 1) Good location: though the hotel owner said it's walking distance from Termini train station, however, we took the Metro from train station once bought the Rome Pass. Took Metro Line A, and get off at Manzoni, the hotel is just 5 minutes by walk. It locates at residencial area, thus, it's not as noisy as train station area.

stuffed: iorgurte, soft drinks, juices, beer, champgne, all super fair
price. In my stay with wife nothing was charged for Katia and Pina.
Speaking of them, are two people who do everything to make u feel
comfortable. Are aware of everything you need. Provide a contact
telephone 24h. The breakfast is served in the room or in a special space
