The man who works at the reception was very very helpful to us. Not only did he help carry up all of our luggage (which was alot for 3 people), he also assisted us to call our hire car company as we can't speak Italian. He continued to try to call and get through to them for the whole time we stayed over 2 days and also sent an email for us.

Given the price, the location of this hotel is incredible. It's a 10
minutes leisure walk through a nice old streets of Milan to the Milan
Cathedral. The possibilities for breakfast/dinner are great since
the hotel is in the center and few cafés are few minutes from the hotel.
(I personally recommend Happy Café). The personnel was very friendly,
knowledgeable and helpful. We received various valuable tips for our
stay at the city which we all used and liked. Also, the room was big,
comfortable

1- The hotel is new and clean
2- The location of hotel is near Istria metro station which can be easily reached by central station by one metro change:
Take line 3 (direction Comasina) and then change in ZARA station. Take line 5 (direction BIGNAMI)
3- The person in charge is called Carlo and is very friendly and helpful

Carlo was an outstanding host and we were delighted to receive his warm
welcome on arrival. He has excellent English and was very friendly and
helpful, showing us to our room and making sure we had a map and his
recommendation for dinner. We loved dining at Tre Pini and the room was
even better than pictured with a kitchenette. It's an easy bus ride
from Milano Centrale or a short taxi ride. So glad that we decided to
stay here. Great value and a great experience, too.
