  As soon as we booked the hotel I was contacted by Emiliano, the owner, asking for our flight details. He also gave us very helpful directions to the B&B. We arrived at 11:30 at night and Emiliano was waiting for us outside the hotel, this was excellent since we were very tired. Our room was fantastic (we booked the double room with an externa... ce que les gens disent » l bathroom). It was big and comfortable and we even had a minifridge. The bathroom was perfect, very clean and with a really nice shower. The service - Emiliano who runs the business was very helpful and flexible. I could leave my bag in the apartment on my last day and pick it up before I had to travel. The breakfast was always filled with those bits that were eaten or drunk. The location was really good as me and my mum could get anywhere in Rome easily.

  Design is amazing! Situated just in 5 min walk from St.Peter church. 6 rooms! 2 balcons. Very good service and administrators. We will return back soon. Strongly recomended. :)

  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday.   We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.
