  The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... ce que les gens disent » n. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba - Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

  I was met with an unbelievable warmth from the 2 ladies at the reception. It was like they new me before, even though that was my very first time of staying in Max hotel. I used the word unbelievable because I travel to Italy 6 - 8 times in a year and with all honest - When I stayed at Hotel Max they had been open for only three weeks. As a result they worked hard to impress their guests. I paid half price because I was a single guest, but I was given a double room. The flowers I had brought with me were put in a vase for me. The room was beautifully refurbished and the bathroom was new. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front desk is open 24 hours a day. I recommend Hotel Max as a great, inexpensive place to stay in a grea

  Convenient location closed to the city main transportation hub, Termini train station. Only two blocks walk distance. Breakfast included also bread, butter, jam, milk, cornflakes and orange juice in addition to packed croissants that was indicated on the web page. Coffee and tea was not so good (a bit oldish), but the breakfast overall was better ... ce que les gens disent » than expected. Great price for the whole stay. Friendly and helpful staff. - Great location and price ! Very clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen, wifi and very helpful stuff. People moan about breakfast: croissants, cereals and coffe. That's typical continental breakfast duuuh so don't expect much especially if its for free. I'm very glad I choose that b&b I highly recommend thy place for everybody. And I'll be back there for sure.
