I travel in Italy a lot, work and have a home there. This hotel had
millionaire service and an economy price. The hotel was immaculate. The
staff was incredibly hospitable and informative and accommodating. The
beds were fantastic - I shared a two twin room - I need a support

The location was perfect. The place was super clean and the staff was
very attentive a curious! Read some other reviews about the noise.. The
place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound-
proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even
set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at
3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and
location! Will definitely stay again!

We loved the excellent, super friendly helpful staff. The apartment we stayed in was huge! -3 levels! The main bedroom upstairs was very spacious with a large ensuite. Our family all had ample, comfortable space to relax in a clean, fresh modern design. It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable.

The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. -
Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the
smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and
thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety
box

The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. We`ve stayed there for 5 days in November. The owner speaks english and italian, the girl who brought us breakfasts speaks italian and russian a little. We lived in the separated building in via del Pellegrino, I think it`s even better. Campo dei fuori is in 2 mins, Vatican in 15 mins (if you walk with normal speed), piazza Navona and Pantheon in 10 mins.

The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .
