  We arrived at the hotel apartment around 6.30pm, an hour or so later than expected. I called the number of the hotel and a lady came to open up for us. She was very helpful and very pleasant and really couldn't do enough. It is very homely, the apartments were extremely spacious. She showed us 2 apartmen - Wonderful place with fantastic ambiance. Location is fantastic - 5 minutes on foot from 2 towers, lot of restaurants around. Our number was well-designed, with beautiful antique bureau and table and had (apart from the main window) - a little round nice window that made the ambiance in our room really magical! 2 beds were comfortable.   This place was delightful! Our suite was huge with a spacious bathroom that included a bidet, shower and clothes washing machine. The kitchen had a dishwasher, cooktop, amazing coffee maker including the coffee to use in it, a small table, some spices, oils, vinegars, cleaning products etc. We didn't have time to prepare any meals except coffee ... ce que les gens disent » to go with some local pastries but I really wished we had because there are a lot of nice food shops in Bologna, very close to the residence. The bedr - It was just perfect. In an ideal location, just off the main road, where all the shops and cafes are and within 15-minute walk from the main square. We we felt right at home as we walked into the studio. It was really spacious, nice and clean, comfortable with a fully fitted kitchenette including even a dishwasher and washing machine. A shop for getting groceries was just around the corner. We could have easily stayed there for a lot longer. We had a great time in Bologna and our accommodation

  The apartment was cozy and very clean. Beds comfortable, no city sounds at night (though it's 2 steps from the main objects in city center), new design. We stayed a family of 5 adults in 2 separate apartments and we were satisfied by both!   The location is amazing. We were backpacking as a family, and the central train station is a ten minute walk at most. The 'hotel' is right in the center of the city. The man (Herman) who runs the place is charming, and will ride up on his bike at a moments notice to provide anything you may need. To top it all off, our room had A/C and a bathroom with a big, clean show - The location was great, only a five minute walk from the train station and the "main" Piazza is only a short walk away. The man that runs the place is always very helpful and will do his best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The room had A/C and was clean, the bathroom was big and very nice. You get your own key to the building and it almost feels like you have your own apartment in the city of Bologna :)
