  Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4 wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.   Great service and friendly people: they helped us find a supermarket so we didn't have to pay €2 for half a liter of water in the city, they brought us showergel because we forgot to bring our own and they showed us some nice restaurants. The room was clean, the breakfast simple but with a lots of fruit of whitch we took the appels and banan - They e-mailed us 1 day earlier to check on our arrival time and they were extra kind and helpful. It is located at a 1885 constructed building which gives you the era of the town (when in Rome try to live like Romans do). The rooms are in a big appartment converted to hotel on the 1st floor at a very nice area next to Vatican City (2 blocks walk) and the Ottaviano Metro Station (1 block). The room is clean and has all you may need for a city trip.

We were given a huge triple room with a nice balcony. Very very clean and absolutely comfortable. Memory foam mattress is a big plus point.
