  It is a really friendly small hotel with very nice staff. The receptionist always checks who enters the hotel so it is quite secure, too. - The location is good. It's around the train station, and there are lots of restaurants and bars downstairs. The room is big and clean.

  Very friendly welcome. - We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is located right next to the Termini Railway Station, so it's a great location for those who wish to see more of Italy than just Rome. It is also in close proximity to the Colosseum and Forum Romanum. Fresh towels and cleaning service on a daily basis. Staff do not speak very good English but as we didn't really have any problems to deal with, it did not bother us. They are extrem - This place is right by the Termini train station making arriving to and from the airport super easy. It is also walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Close to the metro, this makes access to other parts of Rome easy as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood as I am always somewhat concerned when I stay near a train station. However, this was not an issue as the neighborhood was fine and actually far less touristy than others in Rome. Room was clean and staff friendly,

  Feel like I made an informed decision based on the reviews I read. Sure, the room and shower were quite small but I was experiencing travel like the Europeans do. I have stayed in smaller rooms. We did not mind walking the two blocks to breakfast. After the first day, the man at the breakfast place was very friendly.   Enjoyed staying here, we one used it for one night to be close to the station to fly out the next day. It's a great budget option, large room, clean and secure. We stayed around the Trivoli Fountain for 5 nights at the start of our trip. We found the restaurants so expensive there. ( You pay gor locatoon). Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money.   Location was great! Only three blocks from the main train station in Rome! A great laundry one block away, restaurants also close by. Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable.
