  The hotel was conveniently located between the Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican (a 10 minute walk to both) and from the Piazza you can continue through to the shopping areas and Spanish steps. The hotel was very new, clean and nicely furnished. We were very happy with our room and the amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. In-room safes and reasonably-priced mini-bar. Reasonably good breakfast selection. Clean and well-tended rooms.

  It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Jun always smil - Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!

  The location, top notch! The flexibility offered by it's proximity to numerous of the important and historical sights of Rome, made Hotel Adriano the best hotel option for us. We highly recommend Hotel Adriano to all travelers. The Pantheon, Trevy Fountain, and Spanish Steps are all within a short 15 minute walk (or less!); even The Vatican is ... ce que les gens disent » about a 20 minute walk; and the Colesseum is about 30 minutes...we never needed a taxi, and that was a huge advantage at staying at Hotel Adriano. Oh - Location Location Location! 5 minutes walk to the Pantheon or Piazza Navona which is a good starting point for any visit to Rome. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat.   The design of Hotel Metropolis was very cool--modern, clean, chic. I absolutely loved the decor in our room and throughout the hotel. Our room was a good size for two people--just enough space--and the bathroom was very modern and clean (something that can be a rarity in other Italian hotels). The Lepanto a metro stop is just a few blocks away, so seeing the rest of Rome is easy and getting to the Termini train station is very convenient. We loved the double sinks, walk-in shower with wand and overhead shower heads. Lighting and AC were also modern allowing you to shape the environment to your mood. WiFi worked extremely well. After a busy day seeing the sites it was great to get away from the crowds and yet the Spanish Steps and Via Veneto were only minutes away.
