The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!

The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.
Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

Location, comfortable, customer-friendly staff and owner, closer to the Train station and other main tourist areas. Had no issue what to so ever in terms of noise.
Overall it has been such a pleasant experience for us as a family and would like to recommend to visit this place.

The location at the ghetto and near all the main atractions of Venice,
but not at a place very crowdly. The saff is amazing at is a kosher
breakfast hotel near a good kosher restaurants and pizzaria and
synagogues. They have a very good air conditioned.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, Andrea gave us really helpful advice on places to visit, transport, and where to eat which enabled us to get the most from our short one night stay in Venice.
Rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable and characterful.
Breakfast is quite basic, but fine and included fresh rolls and croissants.

helpful and friendly staff who made sure he explained everything about the city and how we could get to a designer outlet we asked for (Noventa di Piave). clean room, simple breakfast - croissant was very nice. There's an authentic coffee shop across the road with an amazing Venetian coffee at Eur1.20! I couldn't believe my eyes. Quite a local neighbourhood, so you can get a sense of where local Venetians go if you get up early in the morning for a walk!

L'hôtel est fermé mais son exploitation est reprise par un hôtelproche (explications sur la porte de l'hôtel San Samuele). Aucunproblème à signaler. - très calme, près de saint marc, pres des vaperetto, grand escalier mais aide à monter nos bagages, parfait.

calme et la situation - Le service et confort aurait été excellent, si un problème de gaz n'avait pas paralisé tout le quartier pendant notre week-end. Mais une réduction a bien entendu été faite par l'hotel. Petit déjeuné copieux. Donc rien à redire. Tout était parfait (si on oubli l'eau chaude).

The location is good. Take waterbus line 1 (towards Lido) or line 2 (towards S Marco) and get off at Accademia. Cross the bridge n pass the museum you will find a little bridge next to a cafe. You will see the signboard of Casa Arte.

Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay.

The location is great, next to 2 vaporetto stops, Ca'dÓro and F.te Nove (you can get to the airport easily from the latter), and yet it is not in a crowded, touristy location.
The place is very unusual - in the 2 days we were there, we saw an exhibition of photographs / textiles in the entrance (as part of the Venice Biennale), and we also witnessed a dance (tango!) in the main hall. Andrea is a good host and very helpful.
