I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day.
In this hotel I was able to relax and also thought about the day being in Rome.
the staff is very friendly. Everyone was ready to help me in different matters: to book a taxi; the advice of how it is easy to get an unknown place for me in Rome.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and centrally located for all the
major attractions, yet very quiet for sleeping. The hotel offered an
excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold
meats, fruit, cereals, breads. To our extremely pleasant surprise we
were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio
overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all
and would definitely recommend.

Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable.
However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of
their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you
feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about
an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and

even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay
here again simply for the service. -
The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

The hotel rooms are suberb,very modern and clean with remarkably comfortable beds. The bathroom is big and the shower is so relaxing. The staff are really out of this world. We stayed here as a family for my husband's 60th birthday and 14-year-old son. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive breakfast, and the helpful staff who work there. The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. We took a taxi from Termini station direct to the hotel. Easy to find, apart from we were not aware that the reception is on the 4th floor.
