Everything was excellent as a hostel. The room is really spacious and
the dividers are nice to give a little privacy. Because the rooms are
spacious, it's not a big problem even if there is a snorer (compared
to small bunk bed rooms in other hostels). Bathroom was clean and gets
cleaned daily. Great location. The facilities are pretty basic,
there's breakfast and computers and tv, that's about it.

I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place. I highly recommend it because I had a great time there. thank you very much for everything.

A 3-4 stars hotel room inside a traditional hostel (room 355 for 4 people) notwithstanding it's a place for young people. Very nice! 10 minutes walking from Florence Santa Maria Novella Railways station, 10 minutes from Duomo of Florence and Giotto Tower, 15 minutes by bus from very cheap car parks. One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.
