  The location is perfect! The room was big, even though we did not have a bathroom in the room, we had to go trought corridor, it really didn't bothered. Great guest house. - Incredible room,fantastic city location,excellent staff,unbelievable value for money,best guest house we have ever stayed in.Highly recommended.

  We stayed 6 nights in the summer. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside. The owner is always willing to help and was very friendly. I would recommend Sani Tourist - We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities.   We loved il Gattopardo! It was in the perfect location for seeing the historical city. The B&B was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the decor was great with wonderful charm. They gave us directions and advice on where to go and where to eat. We loved everything about Florence from the B&B the Segway - Excellent location in the heart of Florence. Everything was within a short walking distance. Great well stocked kitchen so we were able to make a few of our own meals as well as keep snacks in the refrigerator. Shared bath was very large and kept clean.

  First of all, the location couldn't be better. It is located about 2 blocks south of the Duomo, and 2 blocks north of Ponte Vecchio bridge and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. There are city buses, and unbelieveably one of them comes right down the narrow street with a stop right in front of the B&B, so coming from the train statio... ce que les gens disent » n with suitcases was no problem (1.5 euro bus ticket). The staff was excellent, and helpful in suggesting sights not to miss and how to get to them - Bruno showed us the most wonderful hospitality, we had a fantastic stay with him in Florence! He helped us book a lovely restaurant and was endlessly helpful with where to go and what to see in his home town. The B&B is his home and is run with warmth & love. The rooms are clean, comfortable & simple. There are tea and coffee facilities available at all times and a little mini bar for your use. Location is wonderful, right in the heart, near the Duomo but not at all noisy. Recommen

  Everything was great! From the beginning the staff gave us spot on information to reach the apartment, met us their on time and helped carry our lugguge up the 3 flights of stairs! Then spent time going through a map showing us the location of the attractions, good restaurants and places not to miss.   The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!
