Hosts' smile is best! First, after reservation, we found out we could not make in time for check-in time due to flight change. Then they arranged nice B&B close to airport for us. Moreover, I joined Venicemarathon, then they instructed me water bus time table and station map. And we were informed legal time change timing. It helped us a lot be

This place was wonderful! We stayed in a little apartment right across
from the B&B, which meant we had no wi-fi, but it was very
comfortable, and the kitchen was more than adequate. The location was a
5-10 minute walk away from Saint Marks Square, it was perfect, quiet and
right around the corner from a grocery store.

As other have said before me, location, location, location. The hotel is 3 minutes away from San Marco. Lorenzo, which I think is the owner, was very nice, confirmed our reservation by email almost instantly, gave us instructions on how to get there from the airport. The lady at the reception was very nice as well, they allowed an early check-in.

I stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. All the staff were professional, friendly, helpful and gave insider tips on best places to eat, visit. Its in a great location, walking distance to St Marco square. As a solo female traveller, I found it very safe and there are many eateries close by. My double room was spacious and clean. The

My family stayed here for i night and enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful giving us advice where to eat, shop and visit the landmarks. Having a very good location and close to everything, we enjoy our walks and shopping.
By the way, i loved the kitchen and the bathroom, i felt i was just home in canada. We would positively come back and stay again in our next vacation.

What a wonderful place! Behind the door was hidden a beautiful courtyard which led to a cery smart reception with incredibly friendly, helpful staff. the apartment was great - lovely decor, matble bathrooms. Kept worrying they were going to add a zero to our bill at check out but they didn't (out of season) - incredible value for money. And the location was perfect for the Biennale - took a boat straight there from the airport. Feels like a non- touristy area. Will definitely be returning.
