Within walking distance of Spanish Steps, Trivi Fountain and Coliseum. We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay from April 29th to May 3, 2013. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff could not have done - The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very well located, you are at walking distance of virtually all landmarks in Rome. If you happen to book a room with a 'veranda', you'd love the fresh air in the morning and the coffee outside. We recommend it for young couples, and solo travellers as well.

  Paolo was very helpful and accommodating when I was still planing my trip. We checked in a little late and Coordinated with Paolo to have someone there at the time of our arrival. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. The shower was the most normal and similar - The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.

  Une situation excellente avec beaucoup de belles choses a proximité, un accueil vraiment chaleureux et des chambres bien confortables. Un super séjour! - B&B's location is perfect, close to everywhere. With or without public transportation, you can reach Rome's all attractions in 5-20 min. It's located in safe,elite and quite neighbourhood so ... ce que les gens disent » you can walk in nearby streets even aftermidnight and keep sleeping around 9-10:00 am without traffic noise. There are two markets (Despar and the other in lepanto street); and quality trattorias nearby. Staff (livia and other big guy) are so friendly and helpful. They gave us very useful tips about din - Feels like home. No need to ask the staff to get hot water, tea or coffee. Just go to the kitchen n make it by yourself :) Check in at 9p.m. There's a friendly portier helped us and explain about everything we need in Rome. The location was near vatican (basilica St. Peter), just walk about 2km. A lot of pizeria ristorante also available near the B&B. You can take away some pizza's, bring it home and eat at home. They have an oven to heat the cold pizza too. This is the best stay during our
