  A very nice room, kind of romantic :).( italian style ) If you looking for something special more then hotel.. nice but not luxury.. this is the right place. and I realy do recommend that one. - Ideal location!!! Rather small but very clean rooms. Staff is very helpful! Certainly recommend.

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   The hotel was excellent! The staff couldn't be nicer. Every morning there was a breakfast with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, Nutella, cookies, cheese and salami, yogurt! There was a staff member there that mass your coffee for you. They had the table set up for you an took away your dishes when done.   Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home.   Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.
