  The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. It was perfect to sit down on the terrace drinking a bottle o - The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.).   Bien que les propriétaires n habitent pas sur place en 20 min ils étaient la pour nous réceptionner le soir au métro Manzoni. Accueil chaleureux, explications avec plan pour organiser nos visites. Bouteille d eau dans les chambres, frigo et petit dej en libre service le matin ( pain, yaourts, croissants, fromage, café, jus....a volonté). Chambres ... ce que les gens disent » spacieuses , bien décorées et très propres. 4 chambres pour l ensemble du b et b donc nous ne sommes pas nombreux. Au 1er étage d un Immeuble relative - Ce b&b est vraiment très joli, superbement décoré. Les chambres sont confortables.Même si il est vrai que la salle de bain est petite elle reste fonctionnelle et surtout très propre! La situation est idéale pour visiter Rome, trams et métro vraiment pas loin, Colisée 10 minutes à pieds, Basilique Saint-Jean-de-Latran (à visiter absolument!!) à 50 mètres! L’accueil est très sympathique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié et y retournerions avec plaisir!
