  This hotel seems to attract a lot of criticism, which is rather unfair. Milan is an expensive city, and if you're expecting luxury for this price, you'll be disappointed. The location is fine (and is not dangerous or menacing as some have described...try London instead!)very convenient for the central station. Two metros nearby. It's a quiet area, but I would agree that you shouldn't wander arou - It was a nice journey. Hotel is situated close to the central station - Milano Centrale and about 100m from metro station named Caiazzo. For this prices I was suprised to have a such a good comfort. I didn't have a bathroom, but there was one in hallway. Nice view from a window, tv, ned and breakfast included. The owner asked me at which hour I want to eat breakfast, moreower you can choose the, coffee, cappuchino etc. He will bring it to your room :) I can truly recommend this hotel!

  you are simply the best] it was so close to the railway line it took us five min to walk, it was lovely and clean and so bright ,Roberta was a lovely young lady who was very welcoming .we came in late afternoon but was able to make our self a meal and a cup of tea or coffee we would stay there longer next time there is lots to see on Milan hopefu... ce que les gens disent » lly we will stay there three days next time it was even better than some hotels we have stayed in which was three times the cost of this B&B all I - Simply awesome! The owner has the most brithness smile of ever and she is really really friendly e available. The room and the facilities are organized well, ensuring a great service. About 5 minutes walking from Stazione Centrale, is the right place to save money enjoying a very respectable B&B. Roberta and Sandro are the best owners ever known. Lovely people.

  We had informed the hotel of our early arrival, so they made sure that the room was ready when we got there at 11am, which was very convenient. We had room 1, which is a triple room, and it was a very large with a double and the bathroom was quite large as well, and it was facing the garden, and it had air con, and towels were changed on a daily b... ce que les gens disent » asis. The room was clean, but could do with some minor repair work, such as painting, a few holes in the bathroom etc., but it was nothing that bothe - They were very friendly, helpful and the breakfast was clean. They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. The room was small but efficiant, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of fresh pastry, coffee and fruit. We even ate some fresh grapes off of the vines in the garden. Location was close to the main train station and next to the street farmers mark

  We were surprised about the good value of this hotel which is in a walking distance of the central railway station. We didn't expect such a modern nice room (got luckily one on a very high floor with a look to the penthouse opposite). No noise from the street. The little old tramway stops only 100 mrs away.
