Rooms are darling and the g - Lorenzo was very nice to stay up till midnight for a late-flight check-in. The whole family was very helpful with directions, taxis, restaurants etc. Nice Italian style breakfasts were served in the charming courtyard decorated with flowers. The location being slightly out of the main town centers was a plus to ensure quiet nights, even though most main attractions are within walking distances.

  Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Thank you for a great stay - All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

  Beautiful clean and spacious room with a balcony view of the Duomo. Great location in a quiet room north of the main touristic part of the city, but still only about a 8-10 minute walk from the Duomo. The setting in an ancient palace was great as well, with access to the interior palace garden possible.   We loved it for its excellent service and brand new facility. They waited for us to check in, without being asked they handed us a city map and guided us to all interesting sites. Window view was nice. Bathroom was large and clean, felt like home. Tv was working well as well as ac. It was conveniently located next to Subway - I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.

  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

  Location...a side street which is a few hundred yards from the Cathedral in one direction and Michelangelo's David (Museum) in the other, within walking distance from the railway station and everything else in central Florence. Friendliness...g - Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms. Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay memorable! We strongly recommend the place.
