The hot water did not work in our apartment and we were immediately moved to another one in the same building, which was an upgrade.   This is my second visit to the wonderful hotel and it will not be my last! The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. To everyone at the Do Pozzi, thank you for a wonderful holiday. - The staff were just brilliant, welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even kept their cool when our 5 year old spilt her yoghurt over their beautiful carpet at breakfast. The room was top class and very comfortable for a family of 4. The motel is in a top spot so close to all the action. P.S don't be put off by the alleyway entrance. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.
