  Perfect for a budget friendly hotel for a couple nights. The room was very clean, not as small as I was expecting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was right around the corner from the Duomo, so the location was great.   Price. - This hotel is past it sell-by date but the only other hotel available in the area was a 5 star. Having said that, I cannot fault its cleanliness with sheets and towels being changed every day.

  The staff was very warm and kind. My first night, I came back to my room in the evening and it smelled like smoke. Likely because a neighbor was illicitly smoking. The manager felt bad about that and couldn't move my room that night but did so the next morning. He also upgraded my room as compensation.   One star hotel?! You must be kidding me! That is an awesome place! i will give 3 stars to it if you'll ask me! Good location cuz its right next to the tram station. Metro station is 15 minute walk. Tram takes you to the Duomo within 10 minutes. Quiet and clean spacious rooms.
