  It is a really friendly small hotel with very nice staff. The receptionist always checks who enters the hotel so it is quite secure, too. - The location is good. It's around the train station, and there are lots of restaurants and bars downstairs. The room is big and clean.

  Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. There is now a big sign so even though the reception is on the 1st floor of the building we still found it with ease. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to see the whole of Rome. Location is great, 5 min walk to Termini bus station/train station. Stop for red open top tour bus 110.

  Let me begin with the fact that is 15 min away from termini on foot and 5 min away from 2 metro stations ( Manzoni and vittorio emanuele) so it is perfect to get anywhere. We got there super late but when we landed we sent an sms to the phone number Giuliani gave us. After that he gave us a map of the most important places to visit and he told us a lil bit about each of them. The room is very big, good lig - The position of this B&B is perfect! close to the metro and at walk distance from some of the main attractions in Rome....10 min walking to the Colosseum and Monti...my favourite neibourhood.....at walk distance also to Termini. The staff has been really kind...the room clean.

  I loved that it was exactly the way it was presented on the website. No surprises. Everything is new and clean. The breakfast was great. Galya did a great job serving and cleaning. Fast check-in (Angelo waited for us and checked us in fast). A lot of privacy. Fridge, safe and air-conditioning in the room. 2 minutes from the Termini Station. I had a small comfy clean room with a big and rather comfrotable bed. Everything was great there!
