  We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. When we arrived Rome at 6:45 amand walked about 15 minutes and found the hotel. The sign at the door says we need to phone for the check in.   This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Owner/Staff: Signora Olga, the owner, is one very sweet, genuinely caring lady. Her ability to run this B&B for 17 years (according to her) while charmingly conversing with her guests ... ce que les gens disent » from different countries and emotionally connecting with many (me included) reflects her exceptional people skills and extraordinary communication cap - Olga was a very friendly and had a very warm personality, even though she couldn't speak English well. Nevertheless, she made my wife and I felt very welcome to her place. She even helped me organize a ride from the airport to her place (very helpful!). The room we got was comfy and very clean. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great, which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee they served was the best
