  WE saw this hotel at the last minute and since we wanted to be near the train staion (a ten minute easy walk away) and the Opera House it was perfect (a two minute walk).   Ercole was an excellent host. He greated us and helped carry our bags up to the 4th floor where our room was. The Bluehostel has 3 rooms on the 4th floor and the others are on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to take the stairs, there is no elevator. We didn't mind at all. The shower was great with enough hot water, good water pressure, and a nice shower head. The absolute best - The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We were met by Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and also made sure we were settled in. Also provided us with a map of what to see in Rome, where to eat, drink, shop etc. Everything is thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have to say Ercole and Ricardo were both so helpful with any questions. We would stay there again.

  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

  I liked the fact that it was close to the subway station termini, and from there you could take any transport and reach any place of Rome, I liked Mrs. Aurora currently managing the hostel, which was very nice with us and gave us valuable guidance and a map about where the food is good and how to get to places visited on foot or by metro. I recommend from my heart! - First of all,the friendly lady called Aurora, that took care of everything in this B&B,was very kind and extra-helpful.She answered nearly every question we had about the city and gave us anything we asked for concerning the room. As for our room, it was very spacious and nicely decorated and it had a large bathroom with shower. It was certainly clean. The breakfast was adequate and enriched with freshly-made croissants by Mrs Aurora!
