  The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Italian is poor and their English is great. The room is smallish but adequate. Shower was tiny but typical for Europe and worked well. Refrigerator in room, safe in closet, modern and clean furnishings and bath. One computer in their internet area, but WiFi free and worked well.   The location is very good. It’ really close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the bus or metro station in 3 min. There is a big supermarket inside the station and so many small restaurant or snack bar nearby. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful.   Vittorio was an excellent host. He gave us information about the area and the transportation system. He also arranged for a car service to pick us up at the airport. The wifi worked well. Also, although it rained for most of our stay in Rome the apartment was warm and welcoming!

  Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum
