  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

Good sound insulation from the street (there is a daily street market daily just outside). The closeness of station did not bother us, because most of the streets are really quiet. The room was clean with all the necessary staff. The breakfast was only sweet.

Location close to Roma Termini, also you can walk to main attractions in Rome. Safe, friendly neighbourhood - can walk around late at night with not a worry. Breakfast at the cafe a couple metres down was delicious.

  it was wonderful welcoming staff, very helpful & kind. everywhere very clean & quiet. Nice quality furniture & bedding item. very useful kitchen & nice living room to share. I strongly recommend this place to stay. we will stay again if we go to Rome.

  This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm. They offer the guests free snack like coffee, cakes, biscuits etc. for whole day), Very quiet and bright room with the roof window.
