We took a taxi from Termini station direct to the hotel. Easy to find, apart from we were not aware that the reception is on the 4th floor. Nous avons été relocaliser dans leur appartement qui est tous près etqui était presque neuf. Personnel toujours près à aider et fairesuggestions de restaurant. Le déjeuner était parfait et ce même s'ilétait servi dans établissement principale alors que nous étions fans lesappartements. Si nous retournons à Rome nous allons assurément booker lemême

The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay.
On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. The hotel let us use their phone to make an international call

The staff were really friendly and since there were only about 9 rooms
(I think) the level of service was exceptional. Breakfast was good and

The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.
