La disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel,et bien sûr la situation del'hôtel au centre de Florence, ainsi que la mise à disposition gratuitede connexion Internet. - La place centrale de l'hôtel, juste à côté de la cathédrale. L'accès envoiture n'a pas été très facile, mais le personnel de l'hôtel a ététrès bienveillant. Garage pour la voiture :

It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo

We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!
