This hotel is in a prime location, we are two couples in our late 40s and walked everywhere. We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms clean - although the shower and elevator were each about half the size of a phone booth, and the breakfast was very good. But what made this hotel so delightful was its location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and exciting, with restaurants, shops and people going about their business everywhere. They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable.
However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of
their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you
feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about
an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and

here again simply for the service. -
The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day.
In this hotel I was able to relax and also thought about the day being in Rome.
the staff is very friendly. Everyone was ready to help me in different matters: to book a taxi; the advice of how it is easy to get an unknown place for me in Rome.
the room was clean all the time during my stay.

We took a taxi from Termini station direct to the hotel. Easy to find, apart from we were not aware that the reception is on the 4th floor. The hotel has a Baroque inspired interior and as such is decadent and over the top, but beautiful.The hotel is new and still had evidence of building work, but it was August and the builders were on holiday so no big deal.
