  Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B. The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo.   The room was a good size - double for one and comfortable. The bathroomwas very nicely appointed and clean. The breakfast was good with anassortment of espresso options. They had an English speaking staffmember available at all times and all of the front desk staff waspersonable.

  We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff. The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo. To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence.
