  Le personnel très serviable, à notre écoute, l'hôtel est bien situé, à 5mn à pieds de la gare centrale, ce qui nous a beaucoup avantagé pour les déplacement en train. It was in a great location- across the street from a metro station that you could get on for a 5 minute trip to the duomo, across the street from the train station and only 3 or 4 blocks from one of the longest shopping streets in Milan. I didnt have breakfast (I was staying for only one night), so I cannot comment on this part. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two (at least) computers in the hall that you can use for free. The price was one of the cheapest I could find in Milan on a short notice (about 4 days before arriving), and it did really turn out to b

  We spend 3 nights at this hotel and really liked it (well, we just slept there). Just a 20-minute walk from Stazione Centrale and another 30-40-minute walk from the Duomo. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and local restaurants and pizzerias (actually the one recommended by the hotel manager was great!). The breakfast was disappointing but ok for a quick snack and the cof - This is an owner managed hotel and it is thus very good as they have interest in providing good accommodation. Very friendly and helpful. Room on backside quiet. Would definitely stay again - only sorry we had not tried it on previous trips to Milan.

  We stayed at the hotel for Four nights.The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. The elderly gentleman at the reception went out of his way, using his own car at no extra charge to drop us where we could get a shuttle bus to... ce que les gens disent » Malpensa airport. He called the number on display to ascertain if and when the bus would be coming ( helped as we would have struggled to put a sente - Excellent location for a meeting at Mico, an 8 minute stroll, snd only 100 feet to the number 1 Metro line that takes you to central Milan and the Duomo. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.

  This is a decent place for anyone who are with connecting flights from the other Milan airports or would like to catch the trains for some of the other cities.Rooms were quite ok and a good value for the money. Staff was extremely helpful, spoke well English, especially the guys from the day shifts. The situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station (train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably before go to the airport.
