  A lovely warm welcome. Friendly and very helpful hostess. A gorgeous house and pleasant room. Regular buses down into Florence and up to Fiesole at the top of the hill. You can look down on the dome of Florence Cathedral in the distance while eating breakfast.   The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the historical center. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside". Also, staff was super nice and friendly, we were positively surprised with a present from hotel for the Orthodox Easter (we're both fro... ce que les gens disent » m Russia). So overall we had great time there. - The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel
