even it is not close to the city center, but just 3 minutes' walk from the bus stop. there is also a big supermarket nearby. the room is super big and very clean. furniture are new and comfortable. overall, everything is perfect.

I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

The hotel is lovely. The room is warm and spacious. The bathroom is big and also has a heater. The desk staffs Teresa and the other guy are very helpful. The hotel is very secured, about 4 locks before you can enter. The lift is reliable. It is also 20 meters away from the bus stop Guido Monaco where you can easily take buses to Sta. Maria Novella and other destinations. There is also a Turkish restaurant and various cafes 20 meters away from the hotel and a Tabacchi store by the bus stop.

I have to say I was a bit nervous staying here after reading a lot of bad reviews but as most of Florence was booked out- we went ahead with it. We really enjoyed staying in Locabndo Gallo. The staff was excellent. They are extremely friendly. They gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and dine. You should definitely follow their suggestions.
The hotel is also located on a very convenient place, it is just 15 min walk form main train station and maybe 10-15 min walk from touristic places. The room is like you can see from the pics.

The owners were really nice and very helpful.
The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself.
The room was beautiful - a luxurious big bed, loads of space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and a kettle with tea and coffee available.
