I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place. I highly recommend it because I had a great time there. thank you very much for everything.

A 3-4 stars hotel room inside a traditional hostel (room 355 for 4 people) notwithstanding it's a place for young people. We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

The staff is WONDERFUL, kind and helpful. The location is perfect, It was quiet at night, but still very close to all the action. There was a living room area just off my room where you could meet up with other travelers -with a small fridge. The hotel is lovely. The room is warm and spacious. The bathroom is big and also has a heater. The desk staffs Teresa and the other guy are very helpful. The hotel is very secured, about 4 locks before you can enter. The lift is reliable. It is also 20 meters away from the bus stop Guido Monaco where you can easily take buses to Sta. Maria Novella and other destinations. There is also a Turkish restaurant and various cafes 20 meters away from the hotel and a Tabacchi store by the bus stop.

we were there for 4 nights for my wife birthday and totally enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was great . Great location as it is very central and within walking distance to many tourists attraction. Right opposite to LE ACADEMIA , Francesca was wonderful and helpful in every way. we will strongly recommend Palazzo Alfani al David and we are already planning on our next trip to Florence and intend to stay there again

Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

The owners were really nice and very helpful.
The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself.
The room was beautiful - a luxurious big bed, loads of space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and a kettle with tea and coffee available.
