  The owners were really nice and very helpful. The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself. There is no breakfast in hotel but they gave us a coupon to have breakfast in cafe. It's such a good idea as we experienced Italy breakfast style.   Good location, only about 20 min walk to main town and 5 min walk to central train station. Spacious rooms, but lacking proper wardrobe and coat hangers. It has a small kitchen anex, which was very convenient. The manager Elvis was very helpfull in trying to sort out the transport to Lajatico for us. The view from balcony is onto another block of flats and not the tow - This is an excellent accommodation on offer, particularly considering the moderate price. I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help.
