The service in the restaurant was excellent and the serving of drinks and aperitivo in the library was a nice touch..

  One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! Also the most impressive part of this hostel/hotel is that they have just about every c... ce que les gens disent » onvenience you can imagine! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.   We had a wonderful 4-days stay at the charming and elegant Villa Lucrezia!!!. We loved it !!! The apartment is big and extremely comfortable with seperate bedroom, big and comfortable kitchen and big h - We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

  The owners were really nice and very helpful. The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself.
