  Perfect location, wonderful view especially at breakfast, huge room, delicious breakfast with very pleasant wait staff....and great restaurant recommendations from concierge. An overall great hotel to stay when in Firenze! - The view, the room, the location, the romantic ambiance.

  The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful. We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. The value for the price is ideal. - The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!

  The room was fantastic, Clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom was also very nice, well furnished with an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival they provided us with a map and directions to the center of the city. The Breakfast which consisted of cakes, fruit, yogurt etc.. was excellent. The center of town is close enough to walk for those inclined (15 minutes) or short cab ride for those not so inclined. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and quiet.

Hosts Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights - another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this place was great.

  This was a pleasant surprise. Well-chosen modern interior and art made this feel like a luxury accomodation, yet quite affordable for a family of four. Walking distance to city center and despite located next to busy road, it was not noisy at all at night. Friendly and helpful owner (Mario) and staff made us feel welcome. The B&B is around 12 minutes walk from train station, the room is clean, quite, comfortable and well designed. The breakfast is rich & delicious, capuchino made by Mario is perfect! Rubina will be my first choice if I visit Florence again, and I will recommend it to my friends.

  The room is pretty and well-decorated. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is also a hairdryer fixed to the wall. The location is decent, it is near from the main train station and the center of Florence. Gianna was very helpful and she was willing to make some bookings for tour, if necessary. Host spoke good english and provided useful info with a marked up map. Room clean and comfortable. Great air con. Roomy shower with good water pressure.
