The room was large, clean and quiet. The host was fantastic, and did everything he could to accommodate my needs, even finding a place that could wash and dry my hair for me in a tight window of time. The site is a short walk from the beach and a string of good meal choices. It is a 15 minute walk to the heart of Fiumicino from the hotel, which is in a residential area. Easy access across the Tevere with the pedestrian bridge. Shuttle service to the airport for my early morning flight was right.

Breakfast was just right for traveling and staff was very helpful and cheerful. The rooms are bright, new, and very clean. ALso, the shuttle service to the airport was good.... came a bit early, we were the only customers in the van and there were not other stops enroute to the airport, so it was calming and not nerve racking. The staff are very good. I took the flight very early and they specially prepared early breakfast for me at 0630 so that I can finish breakfast and depart from the hotel at 0700. I found the hotel is very quiet and I am very happy to stay there. The hotel is close to restaurants and the beach. I like the car can be parked at the side of the hotel. Location, location location. Great staff. Shuttle service to airport timely and relatively inexpensive. Rooms and bathroom were modern, clean and comfortable. 2 blocks away there is a fabulous seafood restaurant that is very popular with the locals. I've stayed in other Fiumicino hotels in prior years this tops them all. Stayed there due to a morning flight out of fco. The staff is wonderful. Hotel is only 11 months old. Room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. Take shuttle bus #24 from fco Airport for 7 euros. Takes about 10 minutes. They kindly prepared for me a cup of excellent coffee and a pastry, with lemon juice. Also, the hotel provided wake-up call which was very convenient (not common in Italy). Couldn't find one channel with any English not even the BBC but then again, there were a lot of TV channels to go through and maybe I didn't find it. I mistakenly thought the airport shuttle service was free. Wi-Fi did not work on one of our rooms, nor did the AC. No shuttle bus service to the airport, so you have to account for an additional 20 Euros for a taxi. It locates in residential neiboughood not easy to find Street are very dark at night, feel a bit insecure walking around. No public spaces on property. There is a sun deck, but no furniture, so it cannot be used. The area looked quite rough so we felt quite uncomfortable walking around in the evening. Shuttle was not free, and the hotel with still far from the airport. 14 Euro for two people to go to the airport from an airport hotel was an expense I was not expecting. Difficult to find, my phone gps had run out and I didn't have a car phone charger with me so we got to Fiumicino but then no-one knew where the hotel was. It is out of the way and when we phoned them for directions we didn't get much help. Most of the locals didn't know either. Moral of this - make sure your gps or satnav are with you and working. - 90 EUR for the double room incl. basic breakfast is rather costly - Poor accessibility with public transport; taxi from/to nearby airport costs still 16€ to 20€ for just a few kilometers!. The neighbor's barking dog. Walls were a little too thin for my liking. The room had no view.
