Personnel très sympa et parlant parfois le français oul'anglais. Très grande gentillesse et grande attention de la part detous les membres du personnel. A recommander+++. D'avoirété conseille pae l'hôtel sur un restaurant fort sympayhique etd'escellent rapport qualité/prix (que j'ai par ailleurs retrouvé dansles conseils du guide du routard!)

  The memory of this people for ever will remain in my heart. I felt there home and with my mother, I was in Cremona for visiting exhibition and the Lady was giving me every days ride to exhibition also some biscuits to quench my hunger during the exhibition hours !!, and the last day they took me to rail way station to go back to Milan, they did wh... ce que les gens disent » at even families do not do !   This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in in Italy. The apartment I actually had (different and larger from the one I was expecting) was spacious and well-designed, with everything one could ever need for a short or even a longer stay. The hotel is in the very centre of Cremona, only seconds from the beautiful Duomo, yet on a small, q... ce que les gens disent » uiet street.   For a single trip for business, it was good. No frills but adequate. The man at the desk didn't speak English but we got by. He showed me the controls to the air conditioning by saying "Ice" press here, "No ice" press here. Great Irish bar a few doors down for a beer and a simple meal.   Hotel was in the closed area of Cremona. Has its own restaurant which was reasonably priced. The staff and service was outstanding. As stated the area is not acessable by car so I stopped and walked 1/2 block to hotel. They sent a staff member with me he showed me where to park and helped me get my luggage to the hotel and did the same when I was ... ce que les gens disent » leaving. The area has a street market on Wednesdays they say its also on Saturdays. Rooms were very clean and hotel is 1/2 block from the piazza and - Excellent location, just in the city centre. People very friendly and attentious to details (carried bags to rooms, gave good tips and offerred for free many bottles of water). The dinner was outside and very well served with local excellent food and drinks. At the end, a free drink to me and free icecreams to kids well appeciated!! In the morning the beakfast was served outside and was very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. Bravo!
