  The location within the city was perfect. The building was classic.The bathroom and bedroom facilities were very modern and clean. The breakfast facilities, which were self-serve, were good because you could make coffee etc. to suit yourself. Daniela, the landlady, is very nice and available at all hours. - Staff!!! Great rooms with great baths and ac. Ascoli is a great place. Hotel is close to everything!

  Formidable convivialité de l'hôte "Salvatore". - The house is located on top of a hill in a quiet and green area outside of the old town, but it's very quick to walk into town. Salvatore, the host, is very nice and attentive. The house is uber cool - literally a mini museum of modern art. We loved the vibes there - quiet and relaxed, with understated sophistication. We only stayed for one night, but wish we could hang - Everything that the hosts offered was excellent. It made us so relaxed and enjoying the spectacle vista so much so that we extended our stay 3 times!!
