1. Friendly staff - the staff are friendly, gave us a warm welcome and
especially waiting for us to check-in at 5pm (normal check-in time
from 12pm to 2pm). Staff are polite and willing to provide
information and help.
2. Clean and modern - The room was modern, beddings are clean, toilet was fully equipped and newly decorated.

We loved everything about Urban Chic House. The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

Quiet night was a great place to stay, It was close to cinque terre but
a more affordable option rather than staying in the little towns, the
rooms are very modern and clean, the owner is amazing, so friendly, she
goes out of her way to help in anyway possible! Provides all maps,
directions and advice on the whole area, also recommended a beautiful
place for us to visit which we were not aware of and we loved it, thank
you so much we loved it!

Cleanliness, plenty of space, free parking, good facilities, near to train station (10-15 minutes walk) and reasonable price (price was competitive and reasonable, although you may find somewhere with lower price, but I prefer to stay here!!!) For sure will recommend to my friends and will return during our next visit.

The hotel was extremely close to te train station and we had no problems finding it. Once we checked in we were taken to our apartment which was a minutes walk away from the pizzeria. La Spezia as the city is mostly harbour place so you really can see eveyrthing there in one day. But it is very good to stay there and visit different places: Lerici, Portovenere, Cinque Terre. We liked this place even there was a noise from the streets ( it is very frequent restaurant place as well) but we just slept there and it was fine. Breakfast were really delicious and everything was just fine:)

Nous avons apprécié la petite cuisinette. Pas trop loin de la station de train pour les Cinque Terre. L'appartement était rénové avec goût. Rien a redire sur la propreté. On a apprécié notre séjour. Accueil chaleureux à souligner.

The staff were very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Isabella, Fabio and the other ladies on the reception were always kind and professional and recommended alternatives when the weather did not allow us to do what we had planned to do.

Wonderful bed and breakfast place. The owner Isabella is wonderful and very helpful in giving tips for your stay. This place is newly renivated and clean. Great hospitality from ckeaning, kitchen and front desk staff. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the major La Spezia train station, and also to the docking station to take the boat to Porto Venere and Cinque Terre cities. Shopping is literally on the same street for when you want to take a break from the coastal cities.

It was a lovely place in a quiet location and although we had a car we used public transport which was cheap and nearby. The hotel was pristine clean with friendly staff who were most helpful. Excellent breakfast too! -

Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping!
