  I loved the stay at Villa Aruch! 1-Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl that checked us in (took all the trouble to guide us and came back after check-in hours without extra charges). Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.   Personel was very welcoming. Room was very clean, sound isolation was very good. Location is very good - it takes only 9 minutes by bus to the city center, and buses go very often. No traffic jams on the way to the city center. Same bus will take you 2 stops further to the historical center. Parking was free and there were plenty of stalls available. Access to Florence was easy although the bus was almost always packed. Overall, good value.
