  We enjoyed our short stay at the property. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. We had some difficulty finding the place when we first arrived, so he rode his scooter out to find us on a nearby street. property was nice..No complaint whatsoever about the rooms, which were well appointed and clean.. Highly recommended.. - Very helpful hosts and a really delicious breakfast using homemade bread, cake, jam and yoghurt. Room very comfortable and hotel in easy walking distance to botanical gardens, restaurants and centro storico.

  Situated at the 4 th floor in a building near the port (5 min walking) and Old Town (7 min) makes it a right choice from distance point of view. But this is not the only good point. there are others like: room ambient (large, spacious and modern furniture), cleanliness (just perfect) and not the least (our host/owner) which was very friendly and p... ce que les gens disent » atient to offer us all the needed information about the surroundings Take the elevator to the 4th floor then when you exit it the entrance to the hote - I liked the location and the fact we were able to get a late check out with no additional fee. The price was very fair and reasonable. The room was clean and the ac worked very well. A small fridge was supplied, that was very helpful.
