  The hotel is very small, it´s really a hostel with 3 rooms in one apartment.We had a turquise room, it was nice, with 4 beds inside. It´s very clean, the staff is nice and care about you, the explain everything.   When embarking on our first trip to Europe this summer, we decided to use B&B's as opposed to hotel chains during our travels, hoping to get a more personal and private experience. Upon arrival we were welcomed into the "home base" of the establishment and shown to our quarters across the street in another building. On our floor was a guests' common area complete with kitchen facilities, balconi - Location was excellent (once we found it!) very close to coliseum and some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good. Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.

  Antonio was very helpful and welcoming. Easy to get in touch with to organize our venue to Roma. Room was recently furnished and very clean with a tiny bacony where you can see a bit of the Coliseum. I do recommend this place in a old bulding of Roma but very charming with a Virgen picture welcoming you inside the building. Very good stay and for ... ce que les gens disent » a good value ! Thanks - Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!

  the location is very good close to the main metro station if you want to rent a car or to travel by train the florence , venice or any place outside rome. the colosseum in 5 to 10 minutes walking from the apartment. the shopping street is 5 min away. the staff are friendly and helpful. the wifi is good. there are restaurants and pubs nearby .
