  The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Main Station (Termini) on a well known road. Unlike other reviewers, I found the surrounding safe even in late night. It has a small but working lift. We stayed for 3 nights from May 18 in Room 201, a triple room which was of adequate size, spotlessly clean and sound proof. It had a freeze and a working a/C. Linen and towels were clean an - When we arrived to the hotel, it was already midnight but we were welcomed very nicely. The staff gave us very good information about Rome. Hotel room was very clean and the location is great to go to many attractions. The room size was not the biggest but was sufficient. Colosseum is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Termini is within couple minutes walking distance.

  Merulana Suite 2 is brand new, nice and clean place to stay in. It is very close to Colosseum and metro station. It is run by Pietro and Leonardo with the help of Simona. Very nice people! Pietro greeted us with bottle of wine and some fruits. We had new portion of tasty jellies chocolates every day. I surely recommend this place to stay in while visiting Rome. - We booked in here on the recommendation of friends we made in Sorento and we were not disappointed at all. A bottle of wine and slippers to greet us, what a great recommendation. Thanks Charlotte and Mark!!!!!!

  This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment building right across the street from Termini train/metro station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in the room, but that wasn't really a big deal. The batroom was spacious and nice as well. The staff was very polite when we saw them, but - The owners were excellent. Extremely friendly and told us everything we needed to know. The rooms were nicely styled and very comfortable.   The hotel was good, close to Termini station so its was perfect. Breakfast was ok, Italy style, And personal was good specially Romar! You did a good job and was very helpfull, Well done mate :) // Tommy And Jessica :) - The staff was really nice and helpful. I did read on here that it was a dangerous area and was a bit wearly - it's totally fine, so don't worry about it - just be weary late at night (as with anywhere). - Ideal location and easy to walk to many places of interest.   Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... ce que les gens disent » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro.   Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that! ... ce que les gens disent » - Close to the main train station, very pleasant, friendly staff, air conditioning was great (very hot in Rome that day). Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.
