The apartment is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok. It suited our purposes as being close to the metro and grocery and being a good location for visiting Rome. It is definitely an italian apa

  This place is on the first floor of an apartment building on the Viale Dell Arte - a main road in the Eur district. Being unable to stay at my usual hotel, I chose this place because it was quite close to where I was working and very reasonabble price (about half what I usually pay). The room was exceptionally clean and although not huge, it had everything - Really nice place, not exactly in the center but close to the metro station. Very friendly staff.   Zama B & B takes the concept of "Customer Service" to extreme levels, giving a lodging experience rarely seen. The excellence and dedication that it's owners (Zamir and Carla) had implemented on meeting my needs, is only compared with the care of a family uses with it's own members.   The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The owner will give you a map and a lot of advices about where to go, what to see and where to eat (typical Roman dishes, at a very cheap ... ce que les gens disent » price!). The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the - I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time.
