  Very friendly staff couldn't do more for us during our stay. Very simple accomodation, not luxurious, but very quaint and a homely feel to it. Breakfast provided as part of the fee and were very flexible with the hours it was available. Near bus station, 81 bus go to city center, vatikan (15-20 minutes and you are near colliseum; 35 minutes and you are near trevi fountan, 1 hour and you near vatican). 105 goes to termini station (about 15 min) . It is very good communication with city.   Excellent price to service ratio (cheap but good services). Air-conditioned room, clean, with no major problems (like bad small). Only sometimes we must "wait" for hot water for 5 minutes (see dislikes). Very good access from Termini station, by walk for approximately 25 minutes (follow the rail of the tram). Sometimes during hot nights DHCP server doesn't respond - ask staff for restart the AP (or repeators - it dep - Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. We were given an umbrella from receptionist when it was raining. Rooms were cleaned daily. Location of the hotel was excellent. 5 minutes from Manzoni metro station and 15 minutes from Termini. There's small supermarket across the street, and it will be handy for you as breakfast is very 'italian' in this hotel. Bed was ok, not extremely comfortable, but clean and felt quite fresh. The price-to-location ratio was five star!

  Le personnel du soir comme de la journée était très gentil, disponible. Pas de bruit aux alentours. L'hôtel compte 14 chambres seulement et c'est appréciable. L'accueil et le service du petit-déjeûner était très bien. - Prolongation sans problème de la réservation, au même prix que la première nuit. Accueil très agréable.
