The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful, including accomodating of special requests.
The free loaner bikes were a special bonus for going along the beach promenade (a child size bike or two would have been nice to have, about 20-inches). -

Shalom Hotel and Relax is a hidden gem! It is one block from the beach and the super-friendly and helpful staff give out beach bags with towels and water before one heads out to the beautiful Tel Aviv beach. Lovely boutique hotel, we got a 'spa'room with sea-view en spent lots of time in the Jacuzzi. The beds are large and very comfortable and staff was very welcoming and helpful.
The 'happy-hour' between 5pm and 7pm includes a lovely Cava, soft drinks and little snacks.
We also got complementary 15' massages on the roof terrace.
You will regret not booking this Hotel!

The best thing of this hotel: its staff. Friendly, always willing to help and to provide advice on restaurants, places to visit, etc. When coming back after a long and tiring day, it was great to find them welcoming you with a smile. I will definitely choose this hotel again every time I have to travel to Tel Aviv. -

A short 5 min walk to the main beach, many food options near the entrance of the hotel, 24hours mini market across the street, 5-10 minutes walk to the central mole and square of TLV. An excellent spot combining everything will someone need?

Good Situation, opposite the beach and close to the marina and shopping mall. Large rooms , most with sea view .Parking available underground or in surrounding streets. Kitchenette and large walk in cupboard - great for a longer stay -

Excellent service, Great location to Ben Gurion airport, Free shuttle and happy hour with great snacks, clean and comfortable, free parking, very secure location and medical center nearby in case of emergency care needed, close to Tel Aviv, great for business travellers or an overnight close to BenGurion for early or late day travel,

The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was very nice.
The hotel has a new feeling.
Since I did not have a flight to catch and did have a car, I didn't use the hotel's free shuttle to Ben Gurion airport or early breakfast box. But this should be a nice addition to someone travelling to the airport.
The hotel is a 15 minutes drive from the airport.
